More of a soft services FM with main responsibilities being Reception, Cleaning, Photocopiers and some part of hard services such as AC maintenance and daily issues, repairs etc.

Does a Pest control maintenance contract makes part of a specialist service or a soft service? I have always thought it's considered a soft service of the FM. We use a pest control company who attends callous for sightings of mice activities, but also carries out preventative maintenance such as weekend sticky board operations periodically.

Hard Services, Soft Services, Specialist Services, Support Service & Building Services. Confusing?

It can be confusing, for sure! I would say that FM as a whole is a Support Service - it is there to support the core business of the organisation along with other support services such as HR, IT etc (see the video on 'What is FM' - kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4PIoXqwZa5pgLc). Hard, Soft and Specialist services are as described in the video. Building Services is a bit of a grey area, but generally speaking it tends to be interchangeable with Hard Services. This can vary between organisations, however - like you said, it can be confusing!
