Thank you father, this was amazing..love how you said, if you have a problem with a person, don't get others involved! so true..I know of a mother who would complain to her other children about things her children did. And it riled up all the other siblings and caused so much division..this mother did not know how to be a peacemaker. And I can see this kind of behaviour with other family members. I wish that people would think for them selves! Good topic! God Bless.

@clockwatch52223 жыл бұрын
Rajvinder Kaur, God bless you in following Jesus. I suppose your Mum feels rejected, as you have now rejected the old religion she still follows. She may also feel you don't love her. In her mind if you did you would share her love for Sikhism. I think you have to keep telling her you love and don't reject her. You just reject Sikhism as you have found Jesus, which I'm sure you'd love to share with her too. You can offer her the miraculous medal and tell her the mother of God loves her. If she accepts the medal, especially if she allows you to put it around her neck (in a necklace) then it has great power to convert. The Legion of Mary usually offers these medals to bring people to God, through his Holy Mother. I wish you well. Don't give up on your Mum. I feel despite religion tearing you apart, you love each other very much. God bless x

If family members are not talking to each other, attempt to vent all of your family troubles to each other via email - a safe distance from each other to say all you want to say & allow your family member to say all they want to say. Writing about your troubles, releasing all of your thoughts via email, is extremely therapeutic. Easier to send your thoughts via email than to have to talk face to face with your family. One healing sentence if you are not able to resolve your family issues - 'could we just agree to differ'. Let us just agree to differ.

Regarding your video on the priest and false prophecy, it doesn't surprise me one bit that it got a huge amount of hits, because so many of us after going after the sensational. This video won't attract half as many hits but the teaching within is infinitely more valuable. We've had ongoing problems in my family for almost 10 years now. I prayed and prayed and prayed and nothing seemed to be changing. Then I started fasting just once a week, nothing exceptional, and within a few weeks the positive change in my family was very noticeable - I could hardly believe my eyes and ears. I'm working on handing things over to God, I find it so hard to do because I'm a worrier, but I'm trying all the same, one step at a time. Thank you Father for your sound teaching.

He went to the door of the confessional and told the priest he wasn't going in. I keep praying for him and keep trying to get him to at least hear Mass online. So far he keeps refusing. He is incredibly helpful to me & his step father, never refuses us and we never refuse him aid. If it wasn't for him not believing in God and not sharing the joy of faith with us, he would be a perfect son. I must be doing something very wrong, not getting through to him.

Sadly very true. Blessed are those parents who see and realise that their number one calling in life is to lead their family to Jesus.
@josephinebcmpatrick92072 жыл бұрын
In reality, family disunity I found extremely difficult to resolve. Often, family are not wanting to tell the truth to each - for fear of a family eruption. Also, they often realise, telling the truth could be upsetting. Often, they do not even know the truth because the roots of family troubles are deep rooted the past - a past they themselves are not aware of. All family troubles in my Family & with other relatives of my Family, all had one thing in common. Every Family had a lapsed Catholic in them. A lapsed Catholic, not listening to JESUS, leaves a trail of destruction behind them - often for generations. I uncovered a lot of my family troubles by researching my Family Tree. Contemplate facts found & compare them to present Family situation. Learn about past family - their negative traits are often passed on to their Children, meaning they grow to be like their dysfunctional family - through no fault of their own because that is all they have ever known. One of the most common part of family troubles is - misunderstandings. Not being able to hear the secret thoughts of your family, leading to all troubles. Often the words people say, are not a true account of their thoughts. Often, a safest route could be avoidance. I always knew If I sat with my family all together in one room, to sort out all family troubles - there would be a verbal fight, there would be tears, upsets, disagreements, denials, anger, false accusations, a lot of misunderstandings, perhaps resulting in an even worse broken family. If you are all at least talking to each other, just stay that way, as I had to for my whole life. My one piece of advice to all Families - equal Love. Love each other in your Family, equally. Do not have 'favourites'. Do not form a split Family where you take sides against each other. I lived my whole life in a split Family, in latter Years discovering, my Mother came from a split Family. I thought my lapsed Catholic Father loved his Parents & Sibling. As a surprise, I framed a picture of my Father as a child with his Parents & Sister. On opening his Gift, my Father went quiet & became sad. He never told me why - he just told me he was not wanting to display his framed Family picture. Difficult to know a Parent properly if they have hidden Family secrets & wounds, difficult to resolve Family troubles, if events in life are too painful to talk about. In such circumstances, there are times you just have to live with your Family as they are. Keep loving. Keep talking. Keep going forward & be sensitive to each of your Family members personal sensitivities - often not known to you. Be prepared to be submissive, even if you are in the right. Just be a Family peace-maker as all fall out around you. If all Family members were peace-makers, there would be peace. If you decide to be a Family peace-maker, you will find peace.

Father, I have listened to what you have said about confession during the time we can't confess in person- I am approaching the end of my life- and I have confessed my sins- in person, in the past. I am afraid of not being forgiven if I have inadvertently left out something- and also, although I am saying I am sorry, I can longer commit any of the sins of the past, due to age- and there is no temptation any more. I pray daily, I pray for the people I have hurt, for forgiveness for the things I have done.. Have I been or will I be forgiven?

The generation problem has it's origin in the history of the collective memory where death cannot be passed true justified by Heaven and so it is a question about how to deal with the good message trough the by God changing times in the personal belief to come to God's promise of eternal life while every life has a meaning. Parents are in the state of sin of giving birth while the child has the innocence of nescience which has to come to belief to God Creator in a world of uncertainty where both have to deal with by promise. How to bridge this gap is part of the story of belief to God for the promise of eternal life in these times with the promise of God's justice by Heaven, a part of the story of the computer and in what belief to God the science came into this world.

Divine Mercy Diary no 378 of Sr.Faustina for your reference. There will come a time when this work which God is demanding so very much, will be as though utterly undone, And then God will act with great power, which will give evidence of its authenticity. IT WILL BE A NEW SPLENDOR FOR THE CHURCH, ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN DORMANT IN HER FOR LONG AGO. That God is infetinely merciful, no one can deny . He desires everyone to know this before He comes again as Judge. HE WANTS SOULS TO KNOW HIM FIRST AS KING OF MERCY. When this triumph comes, WE SHALL ALREADY HAVE ENTERED THE NEW LIFE IN WHICH THERE IS NO SUFFERING. God has promised a great Grace especially to you and all those - - - WHO WILL PROCLAIM MY GREAT MERCY. I shall protect them myself at the hour of death as my own glory. And even if the sins of the souls are as dark as night, when the sinner turns to my mercy. He gives me the greatest praise and is the Glory of my passion . when a soul extols my goodness Satan trembles before it and flees to the very bottom of Hell.
