She is super delulu, this is what happens when people are giving stuff, and not working for it. She has no clue, how much it cost for him to make those repairs. Children putting stuff in toilets and other areas is not normal wear and tear. That is not your money, that would go back to the people who gave the money on your behalf. I find it funny how she needs so many assistance but can afford wigs or weaves and lashes. She needs a wake up call and get to work, back to school. Stop depending on the government and stop having children you have no income to take care of. Why are women so easy to start having children while being undereducated and having no means to support themselves. I am with the landlord on this, you’re just on the system and a big headache for the landlord. This is why I tell my hubby that we can never rent out to no one. She really thinks she is the victim here, smh! Go get on your feet and stop searching for handouts.

It was not your money to get back in cash. If you thought it was a problem,you should have told the agencies that was paying your rent. Tiara, when listening to these type of situations, even though she seems to be a nice person, they don't understand the other side. If a child causes an issue in his unit and it costs him money, if the children are unattended in any degree that ultimately causes the landlord to spend money unecessarily it is going to upsert them. And he should because now he has to worry about all these kid shoving things in toilets etc. The washing machine and dryer will need to be replaced often because of the amount of laundry being done all the time etc. Tenants don't generally understand the cost to the landord. They don't get it. We don't have insight into her past relationship that she had 8 kids. Most women know they are with an abuser and some find out too later however most of these women still have control over their bodies and could prevent pregnancies but at the end of the day it isn't anyone's else's fault she is in the situation she is in. All she had to do was contact the agency who paid this landard and submit her rent payments to show she was overpaying and they would have proceeded in legal matters I guess. She can also apply for welfare and the state would have gone after the man who helped create them babies. She had to have info on him. She got 8 kids by him if they are all his. I keep telling women stop creating lives if you can't guarantee or are prepared to care for them, period. It is not that people are judging or empathetic, they just want accounability. It is no ones fault she has eight kids. The landord obviously was a little wrong in handling the situation but he worked hard to establish his fortune and if she can't monitor her kids so they don't create a financial problem in this mans home because her kid stuck something somewhere and she doesn't get why he is pissed off then so be it. At the end of the day the day no one has to be sympathetic to this because you are responsible for what you create.

If I were you start looking for another home. He does not have to renew your lease. The court system can only keep him from evicting you without cause, if you lose the most you will get is 30 days to leave some states 10 days. The court may make him let you stay until the end of your lease. If you have a month to month, normally he must give a 30 days' notice. As far as the over payment have your ducks in a row, how much you personally paid with receipts, statements from the 3 other organization to prove he was overpaid If I were you start packing non-essential be prepared to put it in storage. You may have to take him to small claims court. Take pictures and video of everything fix patch holes. Six years there will be a lot of wear and tear on certain things check with your lawyer, example broken window or door screens may not be considered wear and tear. Good luck

I can’t believe you asked for some money back knowing you cost him a lot of money with him having to get that alcohol bottle out of his plumbing! Plus you had a second plumbing issue with the sock clogging his system again! Once you found out your landlord was receiving an increase of payment by the agency you should have never asked for the money you overpaid because you weren’t properly informed. That’s not his fault! That money could be directly deposited into his account something he could have looked over. Those plumbing issues you created were not normal wear and tear! Im laughing out of pain and sarcasm. God created us both and is allowing us to go through eviction. For me, my employment ended in Feb 24 . Reason from job -we couldn't accept or grant job accomodations. They are for employees only not their children. I see people saying they're going to pray for you. And my heart breaks almost in a jealousy rage like Oh so THEIR prayer is os going to be heard by God. Life is unfair especially for believers some kinda way i wound up in this hopeless situation lol God is near with me going thru it with me oh yes and os moving in the unknown. Far too many people are too comfortable with judgmental statements. The system is se up in many ways to keep some people down and below the poverty line. This is everywhere, whether you have kids or not. Especially if you don't have dependents. There aren't many vocational training sites to gain a skill to earn more salary, if such its like jumpting through many hoops. Then the isue of child care, which is also quite expensive. It can happen the system will help but it all depends on location, economics and needs

Trust me these commentators piecing together information I shared in a 20 minute video to form an opinion about me. Even though there is over a years worth of information not spoken about because my case is so in dept. Little do these commentators know my lawyer fought really hard in court for my family for a reason. My lawyer would not have considered my case if she felt I was in the wrong. Most times when a lawyer review your situation and they find your case won’t go far, they will advise you but won’t accept you as a client, they will literally just give you advice, that’s it. My lawyer saw a good reason to fight for me and my family of 8 because she knows the landlord is in the wrong And he’s not begin honest about things. The people on here only listen to a 20 minute video. They don’t know the full detail of what’s really going on. But as I await an answer I will sit back, pray and wait to see what God is going to do. I still haven’t heard from the landlord & Teant Board of Canada. If God grants me the opportunity to continue living in this home then I will give him praise but if he says no, you have to go, then so be it, whichever way God got us 🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜

I was Blessed with so many children because that was the plan for my life, I love giving birth and knowing that I’m somebody’s mother is one of the best feelings in the world. If you only knew how Grateful I am to have a fruitful womb. I love all eight of my children so much, I will never regret having eight kids. Hey I know Idk you but I know the laws are different in each state but what I do know by law they can’t completely kick you out or the street like that I think it’s like 30 days or 90 days notice but if you have to go to court hopefully not. You should explain to them about your financial situation the assistance that you received the documents showing the rental increase. God blessed me and my son with a beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. God is so good I love him so much. And God is gonna do it for you also. Ignore these evil people. It amazes me how these women continually have so many kids with no man in sight. First of all where the hell are all these kids fathers? Why aren’t the kids fathers helping you? Even if you thought he was over charging you rent you should have save your money and secured somewhere else to stay before confronting him about some money you think he owed you.
