Njambi was my niece. I remember when I was in high school I had period pains but it wasn't that bad and ended when I gave birth. This Endo nikama it's genetic. My cousins and nieces huumwa na periods pain sana. 😔

Endometriosis and Adenomyosis for me was trauma. I thank God, my employer and more so the relationship with my plate. Please for anyone with Endo or Adenomyosis cut out Seed and Corn oil, Any form of Sugar, Wheat/Gluten and Fruits from your diet. Clean your plates. I can comfortably say I haven't had rough periods since I changed my diet. Endo and Adenomyosis caused my fertility but I'm hopeful 😊

I had this in my teens/early twenties😳😞; I think it was genetic, all my aunties@Mum’s side had it; one day nkiwa campus @Moi Univ Eldoret it was sooooo bad hadi nkapelekwa @campus clinic na ambulance😞; Nways soon after that I had a baby(around 25 yrs old) na io condition ikaisha tu hivyo 🙏🏿; maybe it healed naturally? Weee this reminds me when i used to have heavy and painful periods their was no choise i had to be taken to hospital, this doctor shamelessly told my step mom it was incomplete abortion. 😭😭😭😭😭. I felt like dying, of all the people my step mom. I have never recovered from that statement. Their is nothing worse than painful periods and no one understands you.

I was operated it was taken the big cysts which was 5.3cmby6.0cm, I'm under primolutnor which has blocked my periods, no sex coz the pain is worse.
