I had this in my teens/early twenties😳😞; I think it was genetic, all my aunties@Mum’s side had it; one day nkiwa campus @Moi Univ Eldoret it was sooooo bad hadi nkapelekwa @campus clinic na ambulance😞; Nways soon after that I had a baby(around 25 yrs old) na io condition ikaisha tu hivyo 🙏🏿; maybe it healed naturally? I'm passing the same but yangu iko kwa ovary it has destroyed my right ovary na it's now affecting the right one. I was operated it was taken the big cysts which was 5.3cmby6.0cm, I'm under primolutnor which has blocked my periods, no sex coz the pain is worse. Endometriosis and Adenomyosis for me was trauma. I thank God, my employer and more so the relationship with my plate. Please for anyone with Endo or Adenomyosis cut out Seed and Corn oil, Any form of Sugar, Wheat/Gluten and Fruits from your diet. Clean your plates. I can comfortably say I haven't had rough periods since I changed my diet. Endo and Adenomyosis caused my fertility but I'm hopeful 😊

Weee this reminds me when i used to have heavy and painful periods their was no choise i had to be taken to hospital, this doctor shamelessly told my step mom it was incomplete abortion. 😭😭😭😭😭. I felt like dying, of all the people my step mom. I have never recovered from that statement. Their is nothing worse than painful periods and no one understands you.
