I been feeling this weird energy from my family like they say they support me but I’m the only one actively supporting them. They haven’t done anything to help or support me. So you put a person in the first job, to hold your spot and that person just do their best - they will still give double the effort because your attention has halfed down. You also like the control you have over this person that you put as your backup. Now, they will be greatful to you for that job.
