Would you consider adding threaded pilot holes on the top of your fairleads so that accessories can be easily mounted onto it?

What's the performance difference between the 1.5" inch and the 1.0" inch fairlead? What does adding the extra half inch to the vehicle's overall length gain the user? Just a more gentle radius to the curve? Thanks.

Mechanic that’s part of it. The thicker fairlead has more surface area to dissipate heat from the rope passing over it. It is designed for those using larger 7/16 - 1/2” rope diameters. It can also be useful for some ARB and truck bumpers where the fairlead mounting surface is recessed. This would help push the rope more forward keeping the rope from potentially dragging on the steel of the front bumper during a high angular pull. In most cases the 1.0 is more than enough as a replacement. It is already oversized from the industry standard 3/4” fairleads. One of the biggest features is the Mil-Spec type III hard anodized finish which helps prevent pitting and chipping of the fairlead surface from daily driving or dragging a winch line full of grit across its surface. Wish they have a black finish like Warn. Love the design and the engineering. I'm using the red ultrahook but with the black steel bumper. This is such an odd color in between the hook and the bumper especially when the frame, mount, winch, and almost everything else in that area are black. :(

will this fit the power wagon M12000. Are fairlead bolt holes universal...noob here.

It will fit any standard fairlead mounting surface. They are a standard bolt pattern which is 10" on center. You would just need to verify the height of the fairlead for fitment in an OEM Power Wagon bumper. Fairlead overall dimensions are 12.35″ wide x 3.25″ tall.
