Dear Ma'am, I believe the calculation in step 6 is wrong. For eg, where has 0.78 come from? The value in the original correlation matrix given for that position is .49, and after obtaining the cross product matrix (0.64x0.64=0.409) when we subtract this value for obtaining the first factor residual, the value should be 0.08 and not 0.78. Another observation is that in the step 6, the first column visibly has three negative values, how is the summation in positive, i.e, 0.02 and not -0.02? The grand total should be coming out in positive, unless some other step has been done that has not been shared in the video. Kindly rectify, because I wish to refer this video to colleagues, however if the calculations aren't correct then I wont. Thank you.
