Would love to see how you build a train line between an outpost and maybe some central train station on which you unload and then redistribute it to their smelting locations.

Smelting at the mine is better. You can transport only 8k ore per waggon but 16k plates.

At 24:12 you deconstructed the splitter that was merging that old iron mine into the two iron ore belts, but you didn't replace it with a belt. Now you are only getting one red belt past that point.

I’ve been following along with this serious for about a month now and am really enjoying it. I know it’s over 2 years ago. But I’ll be disappointed if there are no trains. I was hoping to learn them with this series.

for my ocd i want city blocks without ore being built over and i made a train line and the rails covered 5-6 tiles of copper so i becon minned them into boxes then chained them later smelting and hand feeding into low density structures because of the raw copper cost, i also hand crafting 900 of them... i think i need to make a temp belt aray for it.

The 2 belts of iron coming in from the south have been choked down to 1 belt due to deconstructing a splitter.

You want ocd screw nature, meh trains, gun turrets go to nilaus but if you want squiggles and cliffs with nature kos does that you two are like night and day lol.

Anyone have a good recommendation for my next Nilaus series? I've already beaten the game, I was here for bigger planning tips and efficiency (since my friend and I basically did everything by ourselves) I was thinking either the deathworld series he's been talking about when it comes to megabases or his reverse megabase series (although I'm not 100% sure what it's about). Let me know if you have any pointers!
