Factorio 100% Speedrun in 4h57m43s [Former PB]

By all rights this run should have been dead because I forgot to upgrade the steel furnace assembler, but somehow I was able to get a really amazing PB.
In the end, this run was limited by power(!) because I had time to build a 27th (and maybe 28th) green circuit outpost to speed up the production. Maybe I'd have been limited by science, but I was certainly waiting for green circuits.
At the time of this run, a 4h57m43s is good for fourth place, but ten seconds shy of third place. Next time!
