Your speed run is not only world record but beautiful as well. Showing that folks adhere on a main bus setup only, misunderstand the inner core values of Factorio. So many tricks can be seen in your setup, a layman can learn a lot from especially the clever sideloading tricks - actually - you should set up a series based on your valuable experience. This would be welcomed by many

The interesting thing about biters in a speedrun is that normally in other games there comes a point where the runner slaughters one of the most powerful bosses in the game using nothing but a wooden spoon, but Factorio doesn't have jank strats like that so you actually have to spend resources on combat.

It is not a mod. It is a separate program called livesplit.

That software is not only not unique to Factorio, but used by pretty much all speedrunners, for all games, on all platforms.
