Hi mam I'm Himanshi Homework question's answer Q- 4yz(z²+6z-16)÷2y(z+8) (Frist cancel the same term) =2z(z²+6z-16)÷(z+8) (Then we have to do splitting the middle term method) =2z(z²-8+2z-8×2)÷(z+8) =2z[z(z+8)-2(z+8)]÷(z+8) =2z(z-2)(z+8)

The answer of the Homework Question is 2z(z-2) Step 1 4yz(z^2 + 6z - 16) ------------------ 2y(z+8) Step 2 2z(z^2 + 8z - 2z -16) ----------------------------------------- z+8 {Here we cut 2y from 4yz and just splitted the middle value) Step 3 2z[{z} (z+8) {-2} (z+8) --------------------------------------- z+8 Taking z+8 as common in the numerator, we get 2z(z+8)(z-2) ------------------------ (z+8) We cut z+8 from z+8, we get 2z(z-2) as our final answer The session was very useful 🔥but one thing I found confusing like you told factors of 2xy are 2 into x into x but that's the factorisation as we wrote it as product of prime factors not simply wrote 2, x and y so these must be factors that is 2, x and y not 2×x×y is it correct ma'am? And ma'am in 1:15:35 you have written wrong signs in denominator. Sorry ma'am I wasn't able to write answer yesterday Ma'am in the next session I want you to make menti quiz for Exponents and Powers, Mensuration, Direct And Inverse Proportion and Factorisation as it is coming in my unit test.
