We went to explore the biggest Pav Bakery in Mumbai that makes more than 50,000 pavs each day and they have been doing this for over 25 years.. if u wanna make the same kind of pav at home then u have to use fresh yeast block (not instant coz fresh might give you that tangy flavour) plus gluten powder to make it stretchy n soft
