@@technologyhelp24I can't do that in that video as I'm stuck at login and don't know the pin to get in and am trying to reset this dell and I'm having the same issue it just goes back to troubleshoot menu where I started when I click local install, and cloud download.

I get pretty far performing a full reset... actually counting % complete then get a message saying it can't complete the reset. I've reset bios to default, I've removed and reinstalled the battery... same issue. Thoughts? Thanks.

The problem I'm having is . I have only used a computer a few times in my life but bought one 2012. I last year did a reset and used a flash drive to install Windows 10. I hooked it up after moving 5 months ago and can't remember the pin. But I don't want to reinstall the flash drive because I no longer have it and the factory resets it back to 2012. I've changed the admin settings and bypass the sign in actions but it still goes to the pin screen. It doesn't show the usual place where switch user would be. Any thoughts anyone.

What ports do you have in the back of your computer? Some systems can only one of them for BIOS/reset options. For example, on my computer I can't see the BIOS unless I have a monitor plugged in via Display Port, not HDMI.
