Changed the HDMI cords and it’s still frozen on the element screen, The control don’t work and when I hold the menu button on the tv it’s still unresponsive. So I really don’t see how I’m suppose to reset it when it’s literally frozen and won’t do anything

Bought the 65 in Roku tv a month ago & I’m trying to watch my antenna & it just keeps getting stuck there.....I did a reset per your support team & it worked until I reconnected the WiFi.....it didn’t do this until the other day.....I mean I can watch my locals through another app....but if my tv is only a month old I should NOT be having problems

My problem is something is wrong with the remote control, The TV only has a power button, a volume buttons and channel buttons.. The TV is not connected to wifi, right now There is wifi here, I just can't use the remote to have it re-connect to the wifi.. And the xbox 360 remote only changes the volume up and down and turns the power off and on to the Element TV. HMMMM IT SEEMS LIKE I'M LOCKED OUT OF THE TV??????

I tried all sorts of stuff... I COULDN'T DO WHAT THE VIDEO SAID BECAUSE THE REMOTE WOULDN'T WORK BUT AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO kzbin.info/www/bejne/jaXLqHqreJ2koJY I finally realized there was a lil red info button stuck down a bit in the corner of the button and the plastic remote frame and I just pull it out with tweezers and it's working great again I geuss one of the kids was pressing really hard on a button IDK Y But I told them not to being doing that anymore

Jailyn, I have an Element Smart 55" amazon Fire TV. Go to KZbin and search for newtechevolution and he will show you how to install different apks so that you can watch everything, movies, tv, etc.. ALL for free. Follow his directions, take your time cause he talks fast, so you'll have to keep pausing, but once you get it down, you will be able to add ALL kinds of apps and apks!! I watch all new movies and such for free and they look great!! Good luck! Remember, be patient. :)
