About the firerate I guess is partly bc of windup time in taking actions that usually account for ig but other like overclock from Lil exec and ignition be hitting diff (a telamon with roughly 4 secs coldown in attack and heal cycle)

@@J4647-m6r it is not about windup, this is just a system. every enemy, unit has 30% longer firerate also, trowel and flashlight has no windup. this is why i chose flashlight and trowel for examples.

Lil' exec is immune to attack speed because he just can't. If he gets overclocked, he dies.
