Biased information. With due respect, you need more intels to know why aerotropolis is delayed, actually. Also, I think you deal more in private builder projects as you are convinced that pre launches always give good returns, but my friends, this is not all... one should know everything in detail about the project, non-biased obviously, before investing so that. We had some dispute regarding plot possesion in sector 77, but trust me govt plot is much safer investment than private. Most of the private builder plots have ownership issues as they are sold and purchased on GPA where as GMADA system is online and you can easily verify the title of the property before dealing.

Govt project always takes time brother. I don't think other than GMADA any devlopment authority in Punjab doing better than GMADA. I don't think you are giving correct reason here.
