Hlo sir kya railway board ki 1 train se 1 person k accident tb hua jb wo yaatra kr rha tha...tabhi uska accident hota hi uske saath saath kai saare log jukhmi hote hai... aur wo railway board se muwawja ki maang krta hi toh kya fact m railway board ka ye janana jaruri hai ki planti..ko injury kaise aayi ???

Ha. Injured person ke liye yahi FACT hai ki usko train accident se injury ayi. Same thing goes with the other injured parties. Agar railway board is fact ko accept kar leta ho, to simple, woh compensation de dega. Aur agar accept nahi kiya to woh fact(ki tum train accident me injured hui ho) yeh fact in issue bann jaega. Railway board tumhara claim oppose karega Nd at the same time tumko yeh proof karna hoga ki tumhara injury train se hi hua hai. As an evidence tum- other injured party ko witness hisab se dikha sakti ho. Fir tum train ka state dikha sakti ho. Tum apna bosrding pass matlab ticket dikha sakti ki uss particular day me tum train me safar ksr rahi thi. Etc etc.

Best example A murdered B and C is the evidence. C in F.I.R says A murdered B this is fact for C. But A denies he is not murderer. So this is fact in issue where question arises did A murdered b?
