@@mayanksharma9007 if area is more then 3sqm , and also there is dhar/edge on both sides, then do one thing window ko 10-2 cm km measure krna , for eg 2.5*1.80 h then take 2.30*1.60..100%deduction is impossible

@@mayanksharma9007 if area is less than.5 sqm than there is no deduction will be made. If area is between.5 sqm to 3sqm than 50% deduction will be made on both side. If area is above 3sqm than 100% deduction will be made on both side but jamb soffit will be add in any one side

Sir , if jamb not required making of finish side of door what we do for deduction . Let assume a room of outer door side, we do plaster of outer side surface , is there 100% deduction or 50% . Because there is no need to make jamb . Please tell me.

Sir actually column nd beam ke rate 1.5 times of wall ke hote hai jab Windows ka soffit beam hi hota hai to woh quantity kisme dena chahiye aur jab column ka size bada ho tab beam nd column junction pe dhar banta hai uska quantity kese lena chahiye???

Its general Simple formula, Length x Width because all plaster works measured in Sqm.

Always remember for all kind of plaster works, only surface area shall be measured for billing, however any kind of opening deduction shall be made as IS 1200, as described in video. Thanks for your kind support.

you miss two points 1- if both side is plastered with diff. material or one side is plaster and other remain unplastered 2)how deduction should be made if one side is plastered and other side is finished with wall tiles.

Always remember if there is no edge / core finished with plaster 100% deduction shall be made in any case as asked you above also the applicable on if other side remain unplastered OR one side finishes with tile, rest other side area will be treated as per standard as specified in video. I hope that is clear.
