thank you for sharing! I think the object being already heated skews the results after the first try. I personally just use a UV/IR solar meter and point it right at the glass to get the readings. Big changes from clear glass to ceramic. I also use the same shade all around. 20% is the way I personally go. for dyed, carbon & ceramic.

Oh I knew this wasn't a Perfect experiment by any means. I just hope it will simply show how the films blocks out heat. When my customers come in we use their hand and it takes like 5 seconds and we're done. Maybe this will make people more curious? I try to just keep it simple ha ha. Thanks for watching.

Solid Video Bruh! Great science explanation...Very informative. I live in a desert. Some may heard of a small city called Las Vegas.... It was peaking 118 degrees last year for several days. I'm gonna ceramic my windows this year as the heat is unbearable this season. Thanks again and keep creating great content. Cheers!

Ummm, yeah I’ve heard of it once or twice 😄 Being in the desert I’d definitely wrap the windows in Ceramic to help block out heat. I honestly don’t know how people don’t have tint out there. Thanks for watching.

Good stuff. One thing I always tell me customers you can read all about the heat rejection. But until you bring it in and i have you feel . Then it will make more sense and you can make your choice. My heat display upsell all on its own.

Exactly. Even those that go with Ceramic I show them the Heat Box before they leave to see the difference. 👍🏾

@FadeToBlackLLC I actually carry 4 lines of film a dyed, Carbon, carbon ceramic and a super ceramic. But only carry 25ft of super. Bc most don't want to pay that price

All those brands are good to start with. Yes I have used Flex with no issues at all. Find a brand that ships fast to your area so you don't have to wait a week for your order.

@@FadeToBlackLLC Thanks. I was going to ask the same question being that a few shops near me uses Xpel. I guess they all work if installed correctly. Now just to confirm.... different tint percentages only refers to the amount of "light" being pass thru the window? Or does it also refer to the amount of "heat" being blocked?

Great video, thank you! Question: if the car is out in the heat for long enough - let’s say a whole day out in the open parking lot in summer Arizona - would ceramic still make a difference?

If it's out in the heat the car will get hot inside from being closed up and in direct sunlight. The tint will help keep the UV rays from blasting the interior. Once the heat is out of the car the ceramic will stop a lot of heat from entering the vehicle at that point.
