Fading into the Background (Audio Special)

In 2022, 'The Marklin Engine' became one of the earliest audio stories to grace my channel. And I cannot thank you all for how much this story has been enjoyed and adapted. Earlier this year, we learned how Marklin, the International Tank Engine, arrived on the Island of Sodor, as seen in the special 'Sodor's Early Beginnings'.
Now, we see what happens next before 'The Marklin Engine' in the latest audio special. This time, Marklin feels like he is being used less and less and encounters a few moments that many of us were very familiar with.
And soon enough, the mistreatment from the other engines and the lack of being relied on as he once was slowly begins to push Marklin over the edge...
