doesn't work on fafnir, his breath only does base damage with power scaling. but it is still basic attack damage, so deaths temper works!

Did jorm get the same treatment? Edit: after writing this i went and looked at the patch notes for 15 minutes and discovered that yes, it works on jorm. Then i came back to the video, hit play, and sam said “by the way, you can do it on Jorm too” 🤦‍♂️

Technically Jorm got it better, but keep in mind his attack speed slows down, Fafnirs doesn't. I guess that is why they kept it like this, not to mention, Fafnir can proc it at 100% effectiveness when not evolved

i like to think of it like this every standard god can proc item effects at a base of 1x per second (1 attack speed roughly) and up to 2.5x per second jorm attacks quickly but this doesn't get faster with attack speed, he attacks 5 times per second at his quickest so for short bursts he actually gets 2.5x procs right out the gate! following this logic fafnir should actually have a higher proc coefficient because he attacks 3-6x pef second, meaning that his 0.25x procs gets him 0.75-1.5 procs per second, which is much less than everyone else and so he still shouldn't be building basic attack proc effects (except toxic blade and demonic) to keep up with everyone else he should really have a proc coefficient or 0.33 or 0.4
