Well. Some things happen for the better. I guess they tested out the prototype mechanic on Gigas. It didn't work too well. Was shit. So they transferred the idea to a different character all together with major improvements. Sad for Gigas though, i love that chatacter. Wish he was given more than just big muscles.

Don't judge a character by how well mmswe or expert players like that do with him on day 1. No one knows the matchup for one and also players like him have great fundamentals and vast character knowledge. So he can very easily identify a character's gameplan and key moves, can easily learn his combos and has knowledge against almost every matchup but they have almost zero knowledge of his char. Combine all that with a string heavy/pressure heavy character where you need good matchup knowledge to play against and there you have it. TGP day one.

He is very fun to play against with kazumi. Today i played him a lot and so far i see: - poking keeps him and his guard-break moves in check - kick reversal useless vs kazumi, maybe for hwoarang - spin move string can be launched after 2nd hit , except low kick ender. Sweep is easy to parry. - strong rage drive and combines with command throw at wall - high damage juggles - low kick, high, low kick (d3,1,d3 ?) string is fast / strong - strong long range moves / okizeme - needs to mix it up with mid, else a lot of strings are are launchable by WS moves

If you liked Fahkumram, I wholeheartedly encourage you to try out Josie! She’s less gimmicky than Fahkumram in that she doesn’t have the guard break. She is also less strong on block in general and does not have a 13f df1. She encourages creativity though, and rewards matchup knowledge with some of the best punishment in the game.

Not even a sacrifice really, to get to play a very fun to play character with lots of character in play style. Most of the T7 newcomers are just full packages. Fought several fahkumrams online and only lost twice. In my exp fighting him just block the lows get aggressive but play smart Watch out for his uppercuts if you rush in you'll get launched His axe kick is kind of spammable like miguels push kick Most of these dudes dont block lows as much as they should He's a well balanced character his combo strings are pretty good he has alot of power moves n strong attacks but he's fairly easy to launch into a juggle tbh (depending from range of attack and if you block) plus what's used. I only met like 3 people online who were skilled with him but still won They would do his 2nd rage drive alittle to early That low spin to jumping high kick just back up and u can punish him badly I used bryan fury since I'm a low rank with him and honestly he worked well against fuckerman. I just picked bryan up to.
