I wonder how Samoan taros taste like. They are really big, yummy looking and seem perfect for making taro pies and taro shakes. The variety we have in the Philippines are small, like the size half of a kiwi fruit.

@Steadyvibes09 Perhaps, the taro holds the secret of why most Samoan men got nice muscles! Hahahahaha kidding aside. Yes, I'd love to try them one day. And I'm interested in making them into taro pies, the way/style coconut meat are made into pies here in my hometown. Taro shakes or smoothies with boba pearls will be perfect, too. Looking at Samoan taros, I can tell they have the potential (I'm talking business 😆). I also believe they will make our "sinigang" (Filipino sour soup with taro as an ingredient) a lot richer and tastier.
