Love the Gingerbread houses every year~ I saw a helpful tip, instead of using the frosting as glue you can use melting Chocolates. It hardens faster and its also stronger ^^ Then you can use the frosting for the candy and other decorating :D

These aren't easy. Though Cookie, that's a butter knife, not a paring knife. I don't think it would have mattered. As buttery as it looked, I would probably have been eating the broken pieces!
