It's part of the sheep herd existence.... as it stands in this particular herd, the people getting the most "Likes" are posting some sort of identically brilliant insight about the sound effects, so naturally the herd grazes on that subject the most.... Fun fact: In France we had a TV show named "Vidéo gag" who was the ancestor of channels like Fail Army. They used sound effect in their videos too. They run from 1990 to 2008, so one advice: Stop using sound effects that was already NOT funny in the past!

7:32 The only fail here is someone not realizing what she's doing. She's improvising by hammering on the back of a regular drill since she evidently doesn't have a hammer drill. A hammer drill spins like a regular drill, but it also has a function of oscillating forwards and backwards very quickly in a "hammering" motion, which aids in drilling into concrete, rock and masonry. It will take a lot longer the way she's doing it, but it can be done.
