In Italy they'd get a 50-50 fault. Half the fault falls on the guy on the driveway for going in reverse onto a public street without first checking if there are vehicles approaching (and so without stopping). Other half is the car coming down the road, which seemed to have had all the time to slow down, stop and avoid the collision, yet it seems to not do that at all. (If you're wondering: yes, car insurance companies always have the most unfun time of their career when accident happens. 😅)
