Failed Junction - BBC News 4.54am 18/3/2019

It's nearly 5am, but things don't seem to be quite in order for BBC News, who treat us to lots of still frame action, some nice shots of a presenter changeover, and then an extra-long countdown loop without the usual numbers on it. Happily it's not too long before normal service is restored.
