I would recommend planning basic ship shape and trying to mach the shape with the systems Only once you place all the internals you place the blocks like heavy armor or armor

Space engineers, has a long learning curve but it is very fun

@@MANU-dw9dhimo the learning curve isn’t that long The basic systems are pretty easy to understand there’s just quite a few of them. You definitely continue to grow over long periods of time making nicer and more effective builds, but you can still learn and have fun making ships pretty quickly if you watch a few videos on the basics.
