No, 17:34 What made Theory's cash-in really bad is that he not only tried to cash-in on a mid card title but at the time Seth was holding open challenges for it. Theory could've just accepted the challenge instead of wasting the cash-in. No Clue what Vince was thinking when he made that decision.🤦‍♂️ Fun video by the way.😄👍

TNA at the time was starting to get irritating in the worst possible way in the Early 2010’s. Honestly, wouldn't had mind if Theory cashed in his briefcase on Bron Breakker - he even teased that he may cash the MITB on the NXT title and would've been far more believable than cashing it in on a mid-card title (even if it was the only singles title on RAW) when it was clear that Roman wasn't going to drop the recently unified WWE world titles anytime soon. Cashing it in on only the WWE Championship belt (to split the titles once again) or be the fall guy after cashing it in during a match to become a triple threat would've been seen as a way by WWE to protect Roman Reigns as much as possible (as by then he hadn't been pinned since 2019)

Even him cashing in on a wounded Rollins to get the US title would have been fine had it been done properly. It was obvious that Roman wasn't dropping the belt so they needed another route out. Having Theory essentially do the classic MITB cash in to get a the US title and then proclaim to be on the same level as Roman would have fitted with his character of an arrogant heel who is good but thinks he is much better than he actually is perfectly. Add in a few strong title defences to start the run off and all of a sudden you've elevated the US title to a level near the world title as the MITB winner was willing to use his contract for that, Theory's character has been developed along the lines of a jock like arrogant heel and you've booked yourself out of the corner of Roman having both worlds titles.

I would add the Mark Henry and Mae Young baby storyline, to an extent Ace and Eights in TNA as it had the potential to actually be better than it ended up being, and Dixie Carter trying to do her own version of the Authority storyline that had been going on over in TNA. once again, someone brings up how bad it was to put Scot Hall's addiction problems into a story line, and doesn't mention that wwe has also done it more then once.. they did it with jake the snake, even pouring real alcohol on him when he was trying to get sober.. then mocking cm punk for his sisters (i think) drug problems, and most recently Jeff Hardy in a feud with Seamus where he was mocked and had a fight with Seamus in a "pub" Sting joining the wolfpack was questionable if you think about it, but the wolfpack was actually hugely popular at the time AND was feuding with the same people as he was anyway. so, just add it to a LONG LONG line of storylines where someone joins a group or faction that doesn't make sense.

The phrase "greatness" should be nowhere near Britt Baker. She can talk, but that's literally it. She has to break her nose & brag about working injured to make teenagers online think she's hardcore, but when she has to do anything else, she's a dead mackerel in makeup. I cannot understand why so many people think she's great, when I think she sank Hayter's championship run by sucking all of the air & time outside of the ring from her (and frankly, having Britt's interference be key to Hayter's victories to get the title & to beat Shida made Hayter look like a weak glorified goon instead of the actual champ people who are thirsty for her pretended she was). AEW's women's division has been so much stronger without Britt grinding it all under her ineptitude, and I sincerely hope that she's never medically cleared to be on TV for a long long time.

There's nothing "incel" about calling out the results of her unprofessionalism. Britt is a shitty person. That's not an act, especially after her & Saraya leading the harassment against LuFisto for the horrible crime of not enjoying her time on Dark. And that's just one example. But she's skinny and makes sexy faces at the hard cam, so people refuse to see what she is.

I actually liked Theroy cashing in and Lising only to win it later. I did not like him cashing in for mid card but i see why as roman was not losing the belt for some time and having the contract really just was worse for theroy than not having it. so to throw it away was a good idea, maybe he could have purposely threw away to spit at the companys face or something

Cashing in on a mid title wouldn’t have been so bad if it was just given a better reason. Theory flat out saying he wasn’t ready for Roman and trying to attain what he was ready for was such a stupid decision. If they wanted to have him choose a title other than the heavyweight one, they just had to establish a beef with the other title holder. It becomes a story of vengeance and taking away what your opponent has instead of trying to win the only thing you think you’re capable of getting.

HHH just saved Austin Theory from what would have been a premature title shot and possible career-ending botch. Now he has the time to grow in his current role as a midcard heel. Glad for him.

I thought retribution was a great idea. The execution was just not great.

Sting should have never joined the NWO..red or not. He was so awesome then they ruined his character.

The video should of just have been nothing but storylines involving CM Punk . Swear that guy has ruined wrestling. Sure ,he didn’t Pooh on people like Vince but the guy sure has a lot of verbal Diarrhea come out of his mouth.

How are we expecting the AEW women division shine where it has a MAN in it dominating the hard working women ?!
@patrickdare5356
@patrickdare5356 8 ай бұрын
Because (A) Nyla Rose doesn't appear that often, (B) she wins but is no more dominant than Jade Cargill or Kris Statlander or Britt Baker or Jayme Hayter was/is, and (C) it is scripted so it's not like we should expect reality. Do you think in a real athletic contest that Chyna could have beaten *ANYONE* on the mens roster in WWE? Even the worst jobber they had would have whipped her ass in a legit fight.
