Hi guys, hope you are all well! I was disappointed when I unboxed this SLG that I ordered online, I just don't understand why this pass the quality control of the LOUIS VUITTON. I have not just once but twice returned the items that I purchased because of the quality issues. Just unacceptable with the price increase almost every month. Really Really sad about this whole horrifying quality issues from LV. I super love the brand but the quality is simple catastrophic 😖😖😖

Omg 😱 your key cles is so horrible than mine! I have video unboxing it and today my toiletry 26 bottom piping was popped a little. I sent it back right away! I wonder if they check the quality of their products! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

OMG!!!! What a horrible thing that happened!!!!!!! I just did a new unboxing video on a new brand that I've never shopped at before but thought it would be different from my bag collection ....which i can say it is. It stands out from the rest and my bag collection is pretty diverse already. New subbie over here Can't wait to see more from you!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Mm neverful. Received it last week on 4/6 and I was so not impressed. Some of the stitching was off. So I returned it within 30 minutes. Sent by mail. Did you return the item yet? Then they say it may take 14 days for a refund. I don’t think I will order online again.

It’s not the first time I returned a defective item in Louis Vuitton, the refund is quick... as soon as they received the item you should received your refund within 2-3days. It is really best to buy on the shop so you can check it thoroughly! Good luck on finding your neverfull😃

That is horrible. I had to order 5 Siena bags because 4 of them had something wrong with them. I thought after number 5 I will gave up on LV. Number 5 was perfect. Don’t gave up and call to exchange it.

It is made in France! I don’t know why they kept on increasing their price but they producing substandard items, but here we are still patronising it😅
