Start with knowing the process I have made the playlist ( SSB STRATEGY ) where you will find all the basics and then start watching the interviews despite your entry because SSB is a wholesome SSB Process and in every interview, we have covered important aspects according to the candidate.and that is important for you so make notes of it and understand what SSB is demanding from you.

Yes,stg 1 is a diecy process indeed. However one can prepare fairly well on first three components ...OIR,Written story and individual story narration. The discussion post individual narration to arrive at a common consensus is generally a bit chaotic. To make an impact here,listen to others story with rapt attention and u will get some idea about what the majority have perceived.Dont argue,counter or put down others in discussion. Do speak a few lines in discussion also because some ssbs give it undue importance, most matured assessors give more crecedence to individual story narration and rightly so in my view. By the way Vikas was my candidate when he got recommended and also a gto with me in later years. A sharp and intelligent guy indeed.
