Great Video! SongShan is the place where martial monks practice, it became famous because a movie by Jet Li's"Shaolin Temple", and then became so commercialized that many people stopped going there. But after the government's continuous regulation, much better now.

The rock face is breath-taking. Hope your foot heals quickly. Know thyself is still something to work on for everyone. The famous George Mallory quote is nonsensical: "Why did you want to climb Mount Everest?" His retort was supposedly "Because it's there." Just because a big tub of ice cream sits in front of you on a hot day doesn't mean you have to eat it all. Cultivate "self-restraint." Another nonsense: Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Kung-Fu have nothing to do with the original teachings of the Buddha.
