I doubt it was intentional, but the shallow grave is actually one of my favorite features of this circuit for the way it keeps cars with radiator damage alive. Overheating is one of the most boring ways for a car to die imo, and I think without the water splash a lot more cars would go out that way around this circuit

Rotary engines aren’t exactly an engine added into the game by the developers yet. The rotary engines that are in the game right now are only mods. This is just a simple case of the game not recognizing what engine it actually is, and applying physics from a more familiar engine to the rotary engine (When I say “more familiar” I mean the casual combustion piston engine that the game is used to simulating).

Diesel engines run so far away from a stoichiometric fuel/air ratio that they don't produce as much heat. Failure due to overheating from a cold start would take a long time.

@@Dimondminer11 I figured the apex seals are equivalent to the piston rings he blew first. Head-gasket is, I'd assume, the equivalent to the side seals between rotor housing and end plates (I don't know a ton about rotaries, so, forgive me if my terminology is lacking).

@@DakalaShade Good power, small package, lives well in the higher RPM range, much moreso than a traditional engine. Torque specs aren't great for its type. They're fun little engines. Helped a buddy put one in a Miata lol. Ran high 11s in 1/4 mile. Balancing the engine was the most difficult part I thought

Pronounciation tip: "Chisai" is very similar to the word "(very) small" in Japanese, so it ought to be pronounced "ch" the same as in "chip", the first "i" is stretched long and pronounced like the "ee" in "wheel", for a lack of a closer sound in English. The "sai" part you got right. What a wondrous little car! Edit: Someone got ahead of me lol

I'm fairly sure that engine RPM plays a big part in how fast they overheat once radiator damage occurs, low revving engines barely seem to get warm let alone reach overheating.

Try the Herbie mod, I tried to kill that car pack around this track, and it would not die ..lol. As I said, it's a car pack, it has standard VW bugs in it too. (tip), remove the Herbie engine from the Herbie car, replace it with a standard engine, and it'll stop the Herbie behaviour.

Its actually a very bad sign when the temperature gauge has shot up and then starts dropping down again as it could mean there isn't actually any water in the system for the gauge to register the temp of it. . Just asking as I haven't seen all episodes but have you tried the Toyota hi lux as its indestructible. Apparently
