I hope that Boo feels better soon, it is so stressful when you know something is off with your kitty. I know what you mean about Temptations, it seems kitties can't resist them. Like you, I would have them on hand for once in a while .....for instance when I would have to give them medicine.

my cats won't touch Wellness. Many years ago that is all the kitties would eat, probably a formula change. It never fails, you find something the cats appear to like and then there is a formula change and the search begins again. Sigh ... the life of a cat parent.

Anytime my female all black 3 year old gets the hairball coughs I get a blob of room temp butter (real butter) and let her lick it off my finger tip, probably 1/4tsp worth. Butter really works well. Another hairball remedy is vaseline. My aunt was a Persian cat breeder back in the 80’s & she would put a little vaseline on their noses so they lick it off… to assist with passing fur balls. My aunt has dealt with her demons & has long forgotten the her young lady cat breeder days & is now a rescuer who delights in her organic gardening successes! She really came to some personal terms & healed a broken heart which is the reason she is a recovering breeder. Happy Cat’ing!

She is the only one who still really uses the wheel. Several times a day. She loves it. I think she is the most athletic cat in the house.

Maybe, but we have been having super warm weather so we haven't been feeling much of the change yet except for that one week it got cold at night.

Any time my cats are a little aloof, I give them extra B12 drops at which time they usually perk up within minutes and want to eat. I also give a drop daily in their food. But with Boo having had surgery it could be that his immune system is just lower now. I would pump him up with all kinds of immune boosters you have around the house on top of the B12 drops. That's one thing I learned the hard way that most vets don't know and I used to have to ask for it separately to give to my cats. But then I just researched and have been doing the cheaper and easier version of giving it to them myself (1000mcg fast absorption with raspberry flavor is fine). I know this video is a few weeks behind and hope Boo is already doing so much better! Sending lots of love over from me and my 9 cats! Oh and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

That's a good idea with the B12. The cats get a B complex vitamin in their food, but sometimes they might need a boost. What brand do you use?

​@LuckyFerals I just use the Sprouts brand 1000mcg with raspberry flavor. I am sure that most B12 liquid supplements are fairly similar. I noticed that giving it to older cats always makes a huge difference as they may deplete a little faster than them crazy youngens! I hope it helps BOO-sting his spirits 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛❤️❤️❤️😻😻😻😹😹😹

I agree with you about the harmful seed oils. I have been looking for healthier alternatives to my normal, busy, easy meal lifestyle. Unless you buy natural and cook your meals, I discovered that it is near impossible to avoid seed oils in America! I don’t eat fast-food, so I buy prepared chicken wrap sandwiches and salads for work at the grocery store. I looked on the ingredient list, and, of course, seed oil! I found Primal Kitchen mayo and salad dressing that is free of seed oils. That is good for my salad store-bought lunches. But, I have not found a good alternative for my store-bought wrap sandwiches. Even the local natural food store, Sprouts Farmers Market, has seed oil in their prepared wrap sandwiches! I’ve been to Europe a few times, and I well remember that their food tastes better! I think the multiple ingredients that are illegal in all the other countries should become illegal in the US as well! By the way, you mentioned in a previous video that you like Gin-Gins Ginger Candies. I love the Gin-Gins Hard Candies and always have them in my purse! I have given them to so many people at work when they come by and mention they have a belly ache. They always return and tell me that it helped! I appreciate your cat and people health wisdom! Yes, Primal Mayo is great. I've had that a few times. Our local supermarket has a few nice salad dressings made without seed oil. It is nearly impossible to eat in restaurants and still avoid seed oils. Or even to pick up any convenience foods because it's hidden down the list of ingredients in just about everything. I've recently been indulging in Lesser Evil popcorn and their other snacks because they are all free of seed oils. Yeah, aren't Gin Gins great for digestive upsets?
