I LOVE this video. It was so entertaining and instructive and introduced us to a part of the world few of us will ever see. As an avid knitter, a lover of Shetland wool and semi-skilled at Fair Isle knitting, I was enthralled throughout the entire video. My only comment would be to lower the volume of the music (or delete it entirely) during the interviews. It made it difficult to understand the heavy Scottish accents. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

With its lovely content, this could have been a fascinating documentary, but unfortunately the incidental music was too loud and busy--it detracted from the interviews in an unprofessional, even disrespectful way, as if you didn't actually want your interviewees' voices and words to be heard. I don't believe you intended this, and now I see farther down in comments that you're aware of the problem and wish you could do a do-over. Three years later, I imagine your skills have greatly improved! I wish you the best.

this would have been a nice film, but it turned out an acoustic overload, thanks to random notes being forced upon the viewer who is desperately trying to make out what the featured people are saying. i am sure, t would have been most interesting. but, alas, one cannot hear it. this is not a documentary. it is a lecture on how not to do a soundtrack.

Interesting vignette of Fair Isle - a place that has fascinated me and which I would love to visit. As that is unlikely thank you so much for this short doc.
