Hi Sir any thoughts po about the Pros and cons of 2br unit at atrium floor (sage) behind the elevator (no window) but tapat ng skypatio? thanks so much.

@@fairypey Hello ms Faye. It depends on the unit owner po mam. Well for me it is okay when it comes to privacy and you can design the walls freely since mas malawak na ang walling niya mam. And tapat naman ng sky patio magiging okay pa rin ang ventilation ang you can install a screen door.
