@@Sine1040 if you think about the RF amplifier ? then it was me :-) i helped with software and a few small ideas for display and cpu stuff, i had nothing to do with the RF signal path.

Maybe the name WERNE140 wasn´t misspelled but is due to the 8.3 character limitation in filenames on older machinery? Could mean Werner version 1.4.0

Someone paid for and installed some high dollar switches but at 11 minutes in one is noisy? Tube sound is audio wankery words for non linearity or distortion. How come the fuse holder in the back looks like a doorknob and everyone has had a turn? You lost me on this one. I been watching your channel but this one, what happened?

@@bfx8185 No, not really. He never said it was a joke in any way. He should have added very quickly " no ,don't ever do that, never assume." Even if it has been sitting months caps can hold a charge for years. Some are dumb or to cheap to add simple bleed off resistors. ALWAYS CHECK.
