My favourite local hotels as a Vancouverite is Fairmont Waterfront, Westin Bayshore or Opus in Yaletown. Fairmont does have gorgeous lobby washrooms.

Thank you for the honest review! We always stayed across from it at the Four Seasons which was extremely nice with a huge indoor/outdoor pool. Sadly it closed and they didn’t open a new one. Two things about this Fairmont…. The spa used to be very good and there is a ghost in the hotel - just ask the staff - they know.

Hi Chris. Love the classic look of the exterior of the hotel and the modern feel of the interior. Nice comfortable room, but the bathroom is really small. Thanks for sharing and take care.

Nice video. The hotel's interior and outside both have a contemporary air that I love. Nice, cozy room, however the bathroom is rather tiny. Regards and thanks for sharing. 👍

The Gold room & services at the Hotel Vancouver are awesome! So much room, HUGE bathroom, and outstanding concierge services. And the separate check in was great. Check it out next time. :)

I agree that the bathroom looked quite small. I'm usually not too happy when I can't fit all of my toiletries in the sink area. I really liked that the Spunky Princess got to state the Topher ranking for the hotel!

Spunky Princess made this review. Spunky Princess is just adorable. I love the dual shower heads. I wish hand held shower heads were a little more commonolace in residential and hotel bathrooms.

Regardless of why you are staying there, you MUST visit nearby Butchart Gardens! There are buses that stop in front of the Fairmont and will take you directly there. How good is it? I don't like taking photos, but there I took roughly 100 photos!!

Stayed here in April. Old and creepy is how we found it! 3 adults, travelling for 2 weeks but stayed at the Fairmont 5 nights. Room wasn’t too big, bathroom tiny and so little storage we had to live out of cases for the duration. Not fun. Overall a poor stay for the cost

I have to check a bag on United Embrear 175 but i have a connecting flight one hour after i land will my bag come out in jet ramp. Or can i have the gate agent put a transfer tag put on bag for next flight.

Typically if you "gate check" the bag then it will come back to you on the jet bridge or plane side. If you check it the normal way at the check in counter then it'll be transfered to your next flight

You're not dressed for the Fairmont.😁 I'm not Fairmont material, I always feel under dressed in shorts and T-shirts. 😂 My hotel of choice is the Renaissance. But the last few times I've stayed in Richmond and drive or rail in to downtown. I really like Richmond. Unique for Canada, like a little Asia.
