Is the beach clear of seaweed etc ?

The beach of Fairmont Mayakoba is almost clear of seaweed as there is special seaweed’s catchers installed in the water. Moreover it is a seasonal thing, so in November - April there are less seaweeds and more of them in May - October.

How is the night life on this hotel? Is there any privates clubs/bars that open in the night? Especially during the pandemic

Thanks for your waiting. We would say that there is no active night life actually in the hotel. There are no night clubs, and bars will be closed approximately at midnight. Though there is El Pueblito in Mayakoba complex where you may find some DJ sets: www.mayakoba.com/el-pueblito/

Would have been helpful to show rooms that are NOT the presidential suite and beach front as those are the MOST expensive rooms. How about a review of the normal rooms???
