Bring your fishing gear and fish for catfish in the summer and trout in the winter. Bass, bluegill, and crappie are natural inhabitants of the lake. Purchase all types of bait and tackle in the general store. You need a state license to fish.

size 2/0 snelled hook

Connect your main line to the first ring. Connect the snelled hook to the second ring. And tie a two foot leader to the third ring, and attach a 2 ounce pyramid sinker to the end of the leader. Good times.

I fish there all the time . Fish over by the red house cast shallow in between the two docks I’ve caught a ton of bullhead catfish using hotdogs. Fish right before sun set

I fish at Fairmont every weekend lots of fish in this lake I won't pay 20 bucks to enter lake Perris to pricey for just a few hours of fishing 😂

KZbin recommended top 10 lake in southern California to me the other day. and Fairmount Park was on the list and it interested me so, I am planning on taking my daughter here. I did a little research and found out that this lake just got stocked 4 months ago or so for the first time in 10 years. Fishing got to be tough there.

Fairmont park is one of the toughest lakes to fish because it gets so much pressure 24 hrs. A day, good luck bro 🙏

Them green eyed catfish are most likely flatheads the have them in that lake .. they have greenish colored eyes tight lines 👍🏾🤙🏾

Yessir I believe many years back they were accidentally mixed in a stocking I have a few buddies back home in the IE that have caught some out of there .. few others have videos on KZbin catching some as well
