For all of you judging this fan art, the character's name is Saeko Rosai, and yes the maker does use Lucy as a base, if you look at some of the pictures it has her deviantart watermark on it. I think it's really disrespectful for people to be judging this and renaming the character. Yes she does look like Lucy, but she doesn't look like a pink haired and blue eyed Lucy, she put in a lot of time and effort into creating her character

The author of Fairy Tail was in an interview, a question was asked if Natsu and Lucy were to have a child, what will he named, and his answer was Nashi. Since then, people have been writing stories and making fanart of Nashi, and I guess she could be what you want her to be. Like you can want Nashi to have Natsu's pink hair and Lucy's brown eyes.
