👍 hi from France! I will do it and wear it because I love it and even tho I’m over 50, I don’t care 🤭🌺 I did one with fabric about 10 years ago for my son and I . I still have it but don’t wear it very often because it’s not warm at all… so this one’s great! Have a nice day!! 😘🌺❤️

Made this for my costume this year, so cozy and fun! I switched out the border for 2 rows of sc all around with yarn bee fur the moment and it looks awesome! I wore it all day to class (I’m in college) and even though most people weren’t dressed up I didn’t feel awkward/embarrassed Bc it was SO COOL. It was sunny in low 30s and I wore this with a little floral dress and I was barely cold!

I am plus-sized and was looking for advice on how to make for a larger person. Should I start with a larger chain or make the increase bigger? I am not great at Crocheting but love this pattern.
@JaydaInStitches
@JaydaInStitches 5 жыл бұрын
Hi Jessica, the neck and hood should be a good fit for any adult, and as the tutorial progresses I do talk about how to make it larger through the shoulders :) This cloak is designed to fall away from the neck on either side, not close up straight up and down. If you wan to use a chunky weight yarn and a hook size one up from the one I use in the tutorial, you can do that too and it will add some sizing to the entire cloak :)

what i find helps, is that if the chains end on a odd or even number, always increase or decrease to end on the odd or even number
@zirconium2014
@zirconium2014 5 жыл бұрын
since the increases (in the beginning) work of a system of base ten (cause of the sc), just increase by an extra 10 stitches
