Thank you for your kind words. I started small and built on my program every year to where I am today.

How do you keep the younger ones from putting little pieces in their mouths (e.g. those math linking cubes)? Or your dramatic play and paper activities not getting ripped up? I'm finding it difficult to meet the needs of the 3/4 yr olds while caring for 1 yr olds. Otherwise your activities and displays are so helpful and creative! Great job!

I am not teaching infants and toddlers this year. My group is 2 1/2 and older. But, I have had that age in the past. The best advice is to either place shelves up our of reach with materials for the older ones that come down only when they are working with them. Or get some playpens and create your older centers in these spaces. I've found from experience little ones get upset and don't want to be "confined" to a play pen area, but older kids love it because the babies can't get into there stuff. I will link the play pens I used in my classroom when I had little ones as well. This is the closest one I could find to the ones I had. amzn.to/3sZvtcP
