i would kinda love to have a bjd doll, just a pretty dainty thing. but is it even possible to buy them with faceups and all? and all the different kinds and brands is confusing as well, its more a hobby thing than beautiful decorations

Entraya Crosshill you can certainly buy them with faceups. Many people do. Researching the hobby can be challenging. If you're serious about buying a doll, I suggest requesting permission to join Den of Angels (Google it). It's a forum and database - the best , most trustworthy, and most comprehensive source for information about BJDs. You can do all your research there.

Yaroslava N OOAK, DIY, Arts, Crochet - A "wig" tail will certainly look nicer (I'm excited to see how it looks with a tail made by Andreja!) but store photos show the cast tail helps prop the body up so she can stand on her hind legs :) I'm not sure that would be possible without it. that could be why it's not made of hair.

Just an FYI for anyone curious Lay-Away is the same as Lay-buy. It stumped me (Aussie) and my US friends what Lay-buy/Lay-Away was until we figured out it was the same thing. By the way your doll is beautiful =)

I knew there were mermaid, elf, and even satyr BJD, but I didn't think a centaur was possible. especially a winged one. since I'm a Sagittarius, my zodiac is the Archer, widely imaged as a centaur. so I especially love that doll. I can't even imagine how much she costs, let alone shipping too. I am happy with the one I have, the first edition Delilah Noir.

Gosh this is so beautiful! The wings are indeed amazing! Every time seeing your sweet videos I remind myself that I have one MonsterHigh doll, begging for some new clothes and make-up, hair need to be repaired too...
