They give you refreshment at the start of your journey and one time meal at rahim yar khan station. The bus stops for restrooms after every 4-5 hrs, so keep this in mind. At every stop there are tuc shops, from where you can buy snacks if you are hungry. Some restrooms are clean and some are just ok. Anyhow the bus is quite comfortable.

Kindly upper seat ki head space kase hai kia is main 5,10 height ka person easilt beth sakta hai?

Yes faisal movers ki upper portion ki height space achi hain as compared to other bus services. I am not sure about exact 5,10, but i can guess that he can sit easily.

I booked it by bookkaru app. But now i think faisal movers has stopped taking services of bookkaru so they are selling their tickets on outlets.

Fare is around 9500 to 10500 from Rwp to Karachi. It fluctuates according to petrol prices and occassions.
