Actually Single owner of any society is dangerous n Highly Risk for buying..end users or investors like this owner..Ch.Abdul Majid...Bahria.. Malik Riaz...Park view City etc..etc...as these individual owner's can anytime impose any sort of service charges..Taxes.... Maintenance charges etc...and the poor end user doesn't have any power to fight X-cept bare.
