I will lay out a format of what you ought to do: Explain what you think the rabbi meant when he said "new testament is antisemitic" and give examples to support your implication that whatever he meant to call "antisemitic" also appears in the Tanach. If you really think antisemitism is "language describing other jews" just goes to show that you really didn't understand what he said.
