Then I prayed and Jesus showed me it was wrong and saved me from this evil. The reason the swifties are so defensive and hardcore is because she is so evil. This is sooooo powerful!! "We are fighting principalities of evil and not people" This helps for us to remember ... we need to lead in love and not build walls with people we don't agree with otherwise we are fighting against each other and not evil. THIS was so powerful for me...as I struggle at times with this as a Christian. Its easy to be judgemental and critical of others with whom I dont agree ( particularly atheists and politically left leaning people). We need to be more like Jesus and humble ourselves when we approach and deal with people.

I dont listen to her new stuff, I have been convicted because she used to be my idol. Its a great reminder to remember to watch what you say and how you react because you literally are representing Christ and if you say something mean or harsh, it could be the reason why someone never chooses to follow Christ.

I love Allie's sensitivity to the Spirit. I believe that the church battles the need to always be perceived as "right," no matter the price. "God's still after her soul." What a wonderful thing to keep in mind when we witness someone doing something we disagree with or disapprove of. If we were to give ourselves over more to the Spirit, say what He says, and demonstrate love and grace through all of life's challenges, I think the body of Christ would function better overall.

When you were talking about the Taylor swift concert and just feeling sad in your spirit. I completely feel that. I had turned her on my Apple Music and started listening to some of her newer songs. Instantly I felt like a very dark vibe and spirit that did not sit well at all with me. I loved her older music and grew up listening to it with my cousin. It has changed so much since then and I instantly stopped listening to it, because of how I felt it hit spiritually! I completely agree with showing love to her and praying for her, but not bashing her and criticizing her for it. That is not showing Gods love and grace to her at all.

This is a really great conversation - thanks for braving it, and banding together to do it! I wanted to share 2 things. 1 ) I was a major swiftie myself. Grew up with TS, since her debut... got into all the Easter eggs, loved the way she could relate and put words to my feelings/experiences. And, it wasn't until last year that I started to feel that grief in my spirit. I heard a lot of talk, but couldn't see why... felt like ppl were reading into it. But then... I listened to "Karma," saw the demon masks and egyptian god depictions in her music video, saw the seance on stage, heard the demon chants, her disproval of Ice Spice thanking God, etc. And started to cut it out entirely. Then I read the lyrics of her latest album - super blasphemous. And... I've started praying for her. We are fighting powers in the unseen world - and they are after our souls, leaders/artists who will influence us, after hollywood. And, it's on us to pray that they would come to know the lord, to take back territory, and bring others to know him. 2.) I have heard a lot of ppl knocking "non-denom. christians" and I'm not sure why. I identify as non-denominational, but only because I see us identify with our labels/sects and how it creates division. We tend to put those diffs (how we baptise, do communion, etc.) over our shared belief in christ. For me, I identify with Christ - I'm a Christian. And, I currently attend a contemporary pentecostal church. But, I also move a lot (military), and would prolly go anywhere where God is known, loved and revered, and I can connect/grow in my faith.

So yesterday I listened to your podcast. I don’t normally post, but your comments, thoughts, and reflections were then highlighted by this mornings service at church - which was titled: ‘We Were Made for More’. I would recommend reading and reflecting on Acts 2:41-47. My summary or takeaway from this mornings service is: we are called to be devoted to God, leveraging the word to go out and REACH the lost. Satan will provide the spark that we will either inflame or put out through our actions and works. So as I reflect on your, and my pastors, message, I take away three things: 1. Study the word 2. Gather - as believers need to be in groups where they learn God’s word, pray, and mature in their faith. 3. Pray If we execute these three actions - our light will shine bright and we will ultimately demonstrate God’s love and purpose which will introduce and attract others to His message and value! It is hard not to fall victim to the overwhelming messages that take us away from Christ. We have to be intentional in protecting our hearts, minds, and souls from what the world wants us to believe and accept. Thank you all for your continued focus on demonstrating that God’s remnant is still out there and visible for all to see!

First of all - Wow! This one was super good. I wasn’t sure what to expect knowing that Allie has supported Taylor Swift before, but MANN. I feel like it was so good how they talked about fighting in love and not hate. It is true that so many Christian’s have idolized Taylor Swift; some as a good person and some as demonic. While I don’t listen to her music or agree with the way she carries herself, I refuse to let my heart go to a place of hatred. Instead let’s join together and pray that the Holy Spirit would soften her heart and change her life. We need our leaders to be the main ones who follow Christ because a lot of the time, who they follow will impact who their audience follows. If we decide to rebuke in love the sin that is happening , just think about how many people could possibly live a changed life for Jesus, all because the person they follow surrendered to Christ through a pathway of love. I usually don’t comment but I thought I would share my two sense just because I really wanted to break it down to the nitty gritty and because this was SOO powerful! I pray that everybody has a good day and that the Lord reveals himself to you in a new way. Jesus loves you and so do I. 🩷

I think you addressed the Taylor Swift controversy so beautifully. You talked about her strengths and built her up, but weren't ashamed to address the grief in your spirit. I've seen other Christian creators respond in a way so strongly that it almost comes across as hateful or a rejection towards her as a person, which I know isn't the heart, but its what’s received by unbelievers. I think its beautiful that you show love and acceptance of her, even if she's maybe doing stuff that we don't agree with as Christians. I agree 100%: rather than spread hate or rejection we should pray for her just like anyone else - we should be each others cheerleaders! 🫶🏻 Taylor is entitled to her free-will as much as we are - we choose Jesus, and my prayer is that one day she will to - for her sake and also for the kingdom! What an amazing gift her skills would be!

I think it's important to pray for Taylor swift and not listen to her and not hate her. As soon as she started performing witch craft scenes at her concert should have been enough for Christians to stop listening to her, even if she is doing spell work or not on stage it opens up a door for the devil to walk through. There is power in prayer and we need to be praying for all of Hollywood. It breaks my heart how far from God most celebrities are.

Allie, thank you for being fully faithful in the Lord and stepping out in the boldness of the Lord to speak about Taylor. She has gone from seemingly wholesome when she was young to shockingly evil. And even in these comments, you'll have these people who hear and see the clear signs of fhr evil that is immanating from her and her work, the evil words in her songs and images in her videos, the symbolisms she incorporates willingly into her art and the things she stands for. But yet, even knowing full well about all of this, they will say that those things are safe and that she is not evil. They will willingly advicate for her and other artists like her. One final thing to add is that many people have been more recently complaining about blacking out at her concerts. Not necessarily passing out, but like mind wiped, to where they can't remember the concert, the performance, or even being at the show. But Taylor, like all the other artists, needs to be shown the love of Christ. Lance said it perfectly! The enemy after any Christian is the same enemy going after all these lost celebrities. When we ridicule them, it does nothing to help save them and point them straight to Jesus. We should expose and point out sin, drag it out into the light, kicking and screaming. But we are supposed tonwitness to the sinner if at all possible and, if, in this case, its a celebrity that you don't have access to, our jobs and our God-given responsibility and, even more, our kingdom calling is to pray for them. Rebuke them and the sin, the evil acts they are committing, but then pray them, that God would strike them down, just as He did with Saul, before transforming him into Paul, get their attention and ask God to snatch them out of the enemy's grasp. So, as Christians, let us pray for the salvation and thr very souls of Taylor, Rhihanna, Katy Perry, The Weekend, Justin Timberlake and all these other artists. May be they be a part of the kingdom of God!

You all approached the topic very cautiously, which I appreciate. Discussing someone like Taylor Swift can be tricky, and I understand that. Taylor Swift is just a woman doing her best to succeed, and she’s faced immense challenges that she has worked hard to overcome. The negative actions of some fans at her shows are their own issues; she doesn’t support or encourage such behaviour. She’s there to perform and to show them how misguided those actions are. Her concerts have had a significant positive financial impact on the areas she visits, revitalizing businesses that were struggling. She consistently treats everyone with respect and love. The actions of a misguided few shouldn’t overshadow the good she’s doing. On another note, I’d like to share some thoughts about my support for you. Seeing you ask for money on TikTok live instead of focusing on creating content or music feels off to me. When you used TikTok to showcase what it means to be a Christian in a positive way, it was valuable. But now, it feels more like asking for money, and something about that doesn’t sit right with me. It just feels wrong.

This is my prayer for Taylor Swift, and really originates from the heart of our Father: (I'd hope someone would pray it for me) Luke 15 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.’ 7 Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.

36:17 I'm slightly confused here. Noah used phrases, "God dang" and "What the hell." Then goes on to talk about how he turned down a script because of cursing. Now please hear my heart, I'm not coming at Noah; I'm just asking for clarification. I know the script was most likely way worse with their words, but isn't used God's name in the way he did then saying, "what the Hell" just as bad?? Again, I'm not coming at this guy, I'm trying to understand.
