Faith without works is DEAD-we are shown to be right with God by what we do, not by faith alone or mere words. “Works” means our actions and accomplishments, demonstrating faith through what we do. Good works are not a means of Salvation but a result of it. Faith calls us to meet the practical needs of others; belief without action is no better than the faith of demons. When we are truly saved, the Holy Spirit works in us to produce good fruit. The more you hear the Word, the more you should want to act on your faith. Jesus died and gave us Salvation, and He planned things long ago for us to accomplish.
