I remember exactly where I was when I first heard this masterpiece. I was backpacking Europe in July ‘97 and walking around Copenhagen when it came on a store’s outdoor speakers. It hit me so hard that I got out my huge camcorder and started recording the storefront. When I got home to watch the video, I was so happy to have captured 10-15 seconds of the song, including the ‘drop’. Back then, you didn’t have KZbin or Spotify to look up songs, so unless you knew the artist/song, you would have to look hard to find it. Think I might convert that old vhs tape to dvd and watch it again.
